A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due within 10 days of booking your vacation (This deposit will be applied to your rental rate and you may change your vacation dates, subject to availability, up to 60 days prior to arrival with NO penalty!)
A $200 fully refundable reservation/damage deposit must be received prior to 14 days before your arrival date.
1/2 of the full rental amount is due prior to 60 days before arrival date.
The remainder of your rental payment is due prior to 14 days before your arrival date.
That rate includes all bed & bath linens and departure cleaning.
11% SC sales/lodging tax not included.
