Maximum Occupancy - 6 People (Any combination of adults and children)

  • All rentals require a $200 damage/security deposit which is fully refundable subject to conditions outlined in rental agreement. (Does not apply to returning guests)
  • Rate includes all bed & bath linens as well as departure cleaning. (Stays less than 4 days incur a $75 cleaning fee)
  • Rate does not include 11% state tax.
  • Special monthly "Snow Bird" rates available. Contact us for further information.
